We hope to have a guide for our tour of Bedgebury Pinetum on the 18th of July 2018 where we will see some of the younger trees. As you will know, The National Pinetum at Bedgebury is one of the most complete collections of conifers on one site anywhere in the world. It contains over 12,000 tree specimens growing across 320 acres including rare, endangered and historically important specimens.
As Bedgebury is not too far away for most, this trip is by car.
The address is:
Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, Park Lane, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 2SL
Parking cost (to be paid there) is £10, so be sure to car share! We will meet at 2.30pm and the tour cost will be £5 per person excluding tea. There is a good cafe there which serves wide ranging refreshments.
If you would like to go along please let us know by calling Paul Smallwood on 01303 813198 or email Debbie Burton: burtons@live.co.uk
